CUSTOMER OBLIGATION

All customers are expected to fully understand and comply with our terms and conditions. If there are any questions or concerns regarding our policies, they must be directed to us via email at Romanistudios0@gmail.com before a purchase is made. We are not responsible for resolving issues related to our policies if we are not contacted prior to the transaction.

 

PREORDER ITEMS (SHIPPING)

Before completing any purchase or preorder on our website, all customers are required to review the product-specific terms listed on the product page. You will not be able to finalize your order until you check the box confirming that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. This includes acknowledging our shipping turnaround times, preorder timelines, and all applicable policies.

Shipping timeframes are clearly outlined on our Policies Page and will also be included in the order confirmation email sent to you after checkout.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the stated shipping duration and understand that delivery will occur within that time frame. For preordered items, weekly progress updates will be posted every Monday on the homepage of our website until all orders have been fulfilled.

Important Note:
Customers who send multiple emails inquiring about the status of their preorder during the production period may have their order canceled and fully refunded. In such cases, you will no longer be eligible to receive that particular item.

When placing an order through Romani, all purchases are final. If a product is marked as a PREORDER in its description, please note that refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted.
